§2 Editorial Disclaimer — NOT Medical Advice
Wellness Vision is an independent cost-comparison and informational publication. All content is for general information only and is NOT medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before any medical decision. No physician–patient relationship is created by your use of this site.
§3 No Clinic Endorsement — Editorial Firewall
Wellness Vision does not name, endorse, or recommend any specific clinic, doctor, or facility in editorial content. Cost data is sourced from public datasets (CDC, WHO, OECD, peer-reviewed studies). Any future commercial partnerships will be disclosed in dedicated affiliate disclosure sections and will never determine editorial coverage.
§4 Affiliate & Sponsorship Disclosure (FTC 16 CFR Part 255)
Wellness Vision currently operates without active sponsorships or affiliate partnerships. If affiliate programmes are activated in the future, Wellness Vision will participate transparently. Outbound links may generate commission at no additional cost to you. Disclosure will appear in 5 surfaces per video and article: verbal narration, on-screen overlay, description top, pinned comment, and footer link.
§5 No Liability for Third-Party Medical Decisions
You are solely responsible for verifying clinic credentials, obtaining itemised written quotes, and consulting your own physicians. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wellness Vision accepts no liability for any loss, damage, harm, or dissatisfaction arising from third-party medical decisions made in reliance on our content.
§6 Intellectual Property
All scripts, voiceovers (Azure Neural TTS Dragon HD Emma2), images (DALL·E / Grok Imagine), music (Soundraw Creator licence), and compositions are owned by Wellness Vision or licensed for commercial use. AI-generated content disclosure per EU AI Act Article 50 — see /privacy §7.
§7 User-Submitted Content
Comments on YouTube, the blog, or the newsletter remain your property. By submitting, you grant Wellness Vision a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and moderate. Wellness Vision may remove content that violates community guidelines, defamation law, or medical-misinformation policy without notice.
§8 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising from your use of this platform shall be resolved by ICC Arbitration, seat Istanbul, English language. EU consumers retain mandatory local consumer-protection rights. Turkish residents may also bring claims before Turkish courts.
§9 Termination & Version Log
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations without notice. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via newsletter and footer banner.
