Honest Caveats

  • The Turkey LASIK figure is a regulated domestic tariff, not a verified tourist price. The $355 both-eyes figure is Turkey's Ministry-of-Health domestic price floor (effective Feb 2026). The $1,000–$2,500 visitor package is an OECD-grounded estimate — no independent, high-trust source publishes a precise tourist price, so it is labeled an estimate on every surface, not a billboard number.
  • Three of five assets lack SynthID watermarks. Grok Imagine, Azure Neural TTS (user-perceivable layer), and Soundraw do not emit SynthID at output. C2PA is preserved on the DALL-E thumbnail only.   • Microsoft Speech Watermark is separate from SynthID.
